AN INNOVATIVE AND FAST GROWING WINDSURF BRAND
Exocet is a devoted windsurf manufacturer, initiated in the early 90’s by Patrice Belbeoch a former PWA World Champion. For several years, the boards were custom shaped and only dedicated World Cup racers and specific customers, and with the cooperation of several legendary shapers, the team’s recognition quickly became known world wide. Jean-Marie Guiriec, a composite technician with vast experiences from his development work with the French America’s Cup syndicate Defi France joined the company in 1993 as a shaper.
Due to the success and excellent market reception of several celebrated models throughout the 90’s, Patrice and Jean Marie decided to create and promote their own line of production boards in 2000. Several inventive and successful shapes have been launched every year, and the R&D and marketing facilities in Thailand was established in 2004. Simultaneously the company moved into a complete new storage and office building in Brest, France.
Today Exocet is standing out as one of the most innovative and fastest growing brands in the industry offering a versatile range of boards from proven entry level concepts to ultra advanced racing machines.
Exocet is serving more than 50 countries world wide, and the aim is to offer only the best and most reliable products at all levels.
Exocet proposes 2 windsurf boards: freeride and freerace

VISUALISATION OF CARBON AND AST CONSTRUCTION:
You can clearly see the foil specific design features of the RF Line on the picture below: flat surface between the feet (tip to toe) for optimal foil control, wide tail for increased leverage and ability to foil with power in the sail, narrow nose outline to reduce swing and improve aerodynamics.
Exocet have recently announced the launch of 4 new windfoils for the season 2019.
These foils offer a good compromise between glide, stability, and safe performance.
Noé and Evo Freeride are freeride oriented, preferably used with freeride boards, and under 7m2 no-cams sails. The goal with these foils is to achieve early take-off and “friendly” foiling.
Evo Freerace and Sword are ideal for high performance foiling.
